WP 8 aims to transform the knowledge generated in the other parts of the project to build a versatile, software-based SUN Decision Support System (SUNDS). To bridge state-of-art scientific knowledge with the societal goal of a sustainable nanotechnology enterprise, WP8 will:

• Develop the conceptual framework of the decision problem that the SUNDSS will address
• Elicit the preferences of industries, insurance companies and regulators in designing and running the SUNDS
• Test SUNDS in the SUN case studies
